How to make pizzas with pumpkin and dried fruit, an original and tasty recipe to prepare with dried apricots, raisins, sage and Brie cheese among the necessary ingredients.

For pasta
- 100 g of white flour "OO"
- 150 g of semolina flour
- 15 g of brewer's yeast
- 150 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

- 300 g of pumpkin pulp
- 30 g of butter
- 20 g of raisins

How to prepare pizzas with pumpkin and dried fruit
In a container with warm water, dissolve the brewer's yeast, mix and add the semolina flour, the white flour and the olive oil.
Mix everything well, make a smooth and homogeneous ball, then cover it with a napkin and leave it to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Soak the raisins in warm water.
Meanwhile, cut the pumpkin into chunks.
In a pan, melt the butter, as soon as it starts to froth, add the pumpkin cubes.
Salt lightly and cook the pumpkin for about 6-7 minutes.
Drain and squeeze the raisins.
Cut the apricots and raisins into small pieces, then make the sage leaves in fine strips.
Take the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of half a centimeter.
Cut the pasta with a knife or a diamond wheel of about 5 cm each side.
Arrange the rhombuses of pasta on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then put the pumpkin on top, sprinkle them with apricots, raisins and sage strips, finish with a thin slice of Brie.
Bake at 180 ° C and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve the hot rhombus shaped pizzas.
