How to cook delicious pork chops with cream, cooked in a pan and flavored with port wine, necessary ingredients and cooking time.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 pork chops
- 30 gr. of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 glass of port wine
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 25 cl of cream
- salt and pepper
How to make pork chops with cream
Brown the chops in a pan with the butter and oil.
Cook them for 5/6 minutes on each side, add salt and pepper.
Then remove the meat from the heat, drain it and keep it warm.

With a wooden spoon, remove the cooking base from the pan, pour the Port into it and let it reduce in half.
Add the cream in which we have dissolved a teaspoon of flour, mix, salt and pepper lightly.
Cook the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes, then pour it over the hot chops.
