- 1 glass of brandy
- 2 oranges

How to cook pork chops with orange
Prepare an orange peeled, completely removing the white skin from the wedges to be cut into small pieces.
Make a squeeze of the remaining orange, collecting the juice in a small bowl.
Take the wet meat tenderizer and beat the pork chops. Heat oil with butter in a pan on the stove, then put the pork chops on it, making them brown on both sides.
