How to prepare a potato and broccoli pie with cooked ham and cream, a recipe that requires few ingredients, to be served as a single dish or as an appetizer.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g of potatoes
- 300 g of broccoli
- 100 ml of fresh cream
- 250 g of cooked ham
- 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

- 2 tablespoons of black olive paté
How to prepare egg-free potato and broccoli pie
Peel and boil the potatoes in boiling water.
Also wash and boil the broccoli in salted boiling water.

Cut the cooked ham into pieces and blend it, then add the cream and mix carefully.
Drain the potatoes, pass them to the potato masher and season them with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Also drain the broccoli slightly al dente, then blend them and season them with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Take a pastry cutter or flan molds and fill them in layers with the compounds prepared in this order: first the potatoes, then the cooked ham mousse and lastly the broccoli.
Keep in the refrigerator for an hour, then turn out and decorate with the black olive paté.
