Ingredients for 4 people

- 100 g of butter

- 4 eggs

- 1 kg of potatoes

- 2-3 tablespoons of milk


- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese

- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese

Preparation of baked potato and cheese pie

Wash the potatoes, boil them in a pan with plenty of lightly salted water for about 30 minutes after the resumption of the boil, drain them, peel them and pass them still hot in the potato masher, transferring them directly to a bowl.
