Ingredients for 6 people

- 1 kg of potatoes

- 180 g of mozzarella or scamorza stringy cheese


- 1 handful of dried mushrooms

- 400 ml of milk

- 50 g of butter


- 5 spoons of parmesan

- 1 cup of beer

- 1 clove of garlic


- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare potato, cheese and mushroom pie

Soak the dried mushrooms in the beer for about half an hour.

For the mashed potatoes: peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, then cook them in milk.

Pass them in the potato masher and mix them with the butter, parmesan and salt, mix well and let the puree cool.

Slice the garlic into slices and brown it in a pan with a little oil.

Add the squeezed mushrooms and cook them until they dry.
