Psalm 67: complete, commentary

post-title

CommentThe author of Psalm 67 describes how God blessed his people by providing them with an abundant harvest through the land that gave their fruit. But this would be limiting if a much higher desire were not manifested openly, right from the first words of the psalm, consisting in the gift represented by the presence of the Messiah. Thanks to him the people will benefit from a spiritual renewal and many people will come to know and praise God. At the end, the blessing of the Lord is invoked, so that we can truly know who Christ is and the action of his Spirit exercised in a living belonging to the church.
