Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 rectangular roll of ready-made puff pastry

For the stuffing
- 16 slices of rolled bacon


- 4OO g approx. of fresh porcini mushrooms

- 1 clove of garlic

- 1 shallot


- 1/2 glass of white wine

- 2 tablespoons of bechamel

- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil


- 1 bunch of parsley

- salt and pepper

How to prepare porcini and bacon puff pastry

Roll out the roll of puff pastry, cut it into squares of about 10 cm each side and put it in the oven at 220 ° C.

Cook until the puff pastry has taken on a slightly golden color.

In a pan with the extra virgin olive oil, brown the peeled and chopped shallots and garlic.

Finally sprinkle the puff pastry with a little chopped parsley.
