Puff pastry with pears with cinnamon and ice cream


How to prepare a delicious puff pastry with cinnamon pears, classic recipe of pear puff pastry accompanied by a spoonful of white yogurt or fiordilatte ice cream.

Ingredients for 6 people

- 2 pears

- 20 g of brown sugar

- 250 g of white yogurt, fiordilatte or other flavor ice cream

- cinnamon powder

- 1 packet of ready-made puff pastry. 230 g-

Preparation of pear puff cake

Peel the pears, remove the core and cut them into slices.

Sprinkle the bottom of a cake pan with brown sugar and place the pear slices on top.

Put the cake pan on the heat and let the sugar caramelize.

Remove the pan from the heat and lay the puff pastry on it.

Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and turn the cake upside down taking care not to break it.

Leave it to cool, then sprinkle it with cinnamon and cut it into wedges.

To be served lukewarm with a spoonful of ice cream on top which will melt little by little.
