Recipe chicken with green olives with onion

How to cook green olive chicken, what ingredients are needed and detailed guide for the preparation in the pan, with indication of the cooking time.


Ingredients 4 people

- 100 gr. of pitted green olives

- 1 onion


- 1 celery rib

- 1 carrot

- half a glass of white wine


- a chicken of about 1 kg.

- broth

- olive oil


- salt and pepper

Preparation of chicken with green olives

Wash, dry and cut the chicken into a dozen pieces.

Chop the onion, celery and carrot, add the oil and brown the pieces of chicken.

When they are well colored add half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.

After add the pitted green olives, salt and pepper.
