Ricotta pasta and chard recipe


How to prepare pasta with ricotta and chard, a recipe that involves adding cooked ham to be prepared in a short time, leaving it to flavor before serving still hot.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 360 gr of pasta (fusilli recommended)

- 450 gr chard

- 100 gr cooked ham

- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 70 gr grated salted ricotta

- salt and pepper

Preparation of ricotta and chard pasta

Clean the chard, wash and squeeze them well, then cut them. Heat the oil in a pan, add the chard, mix and leave to dry gently.

Add the diced ham, salt and pepper, mix carefully and continue cooking over medium heat for another two minutes.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, bring boiling salted water to the boil and dip the fusilli in it, boiling them al dente, calculating a minute less than what is declared on the package about the cooking time.

Drain the fusilli and pour them into the pan together with the chard, then mix gently to flavor, before serving in the portion dishes which will then be sprinkled with salted ricotta.
