Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 liter of broth approx
- 250 gr. of fresh porcini mushrooms
- 300 gr. of rice
- 1 onion
- parsley
- pennyroyal
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Scrape the soil of the mushrooms well, wash them quickly, dry them, slice them and cook them in a little oil with salt and pepper.
