- 3 sprigs of rosemary

- 1/2 glass of water

- 100 ml of dry white wine

Preparation of roast duck in the pan

In a saucepan, brown the pieces of duck already cleaned and washed with extra virgin olive oil and salt.


Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until golden brown, then turn the duck pieces, add the rosemary, garlic and pour a little white wine.
