- 700 gr. of lamb stew

- 1 onion


- 1 celery rib

- 1 carrot

- 6 egg yolks


- broth

- a knob of butter

- juice of 1 lemon

Roman fricassee lamb preparation

Finely chop the onion, celery, carrot and fry them in a knob of butter.
