- 50 gr of butter
- 2 sachets of saffron
- 300 gr. of macaroni
Preparation of saffron pasta
Dissolve the saffron in a pan with a little water to add, little by little, until it reaches about 1 cm in height, bringing to the boil over high heat.
Boil another half liter of water in another pot, this will serve to continue cooking the macaroni, after pouring them into the saffron pan, and will be added in small doses, making it gradually absorb, continuing cooking for a few minutes until to almost completely drain the liquid, only about 3 tablespoons must remain on the bottom.
Once the saffron macaroni are cooked, remove them from the heat by adding a few pieces of butter, stirring to melt it immediately before serving.
