Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 head of fresh lettuce
- 2 bunches of radishes
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
- salt and pepper
How to prepare lettuce and radish salad
Clean and wash the lettuce, removing the hardest external leaves, then drain it very well.
Clean and wash the radishes, dry them, cut them into thin slices and then add them to the salad.
Melt the salt with the vinegar, pour it over the salad, add the oil and freshly ground pepper, mix and serve on the table.
