How salmon and mascarpone canapes are made, recipe with black olives to be prepared in a short time, including necessary ingredients and preparation process.
Ingredients for 6 people
- 6 slices of pan carrè
- 100 gr. of smoked salmon
- 60 gr. of grated Parmesan
- 100 gr. of mascarpone
- 12 pitted black olives
Preparation of salmon and mascarpone canapes
Finely chop approx. 60 g of salmon and mix them with grated Parmesan and mascarpone.
Lightly toast the slices of pan carrè, cut them in a triangle and then spread the prepared salmon cream on top.
Take the salmon slices left aside and put them on the canapés.
Decorate with the olives previously cut into thin strips.
