How smoked salmon canapés and scrambled eggs are made, a light appetizer to be prepared quickly for which few ingredients are required and an easy procedure for everyone.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 eggs
- 8 slices of pan carré
- 50 g of butter
- salt and pepper
- ground at the moment
Preparation of salmon canapés
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, melt the butter in the pan and, as soon as it has melted, add the eggs mixing with a wooden spoon, so as to make them thicken, making sure they remain soft.
Lightly brown the slices of pan carré, put them on a plate and cover them with scrambled eggs, placing on each canape half a slice of smoked salmon.
Serve immediately with hot eggs and bread.
