Sauce with green olives to season the pasta


How to make the sauce with pitted green olives, simple recipe to prepare an excellent sauce, ideal for seasoning any type of pasta.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 450 gr. tomato pulp

- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- 36 pitted green olives

- salt

Preparation of the sauce with green olives

Combine tomato pulp in a pan, 2 tablespoons of oil and a pinch of salt.

Put the pan on the stove with a high flame and, stirring frequently, boil for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the olives to combine them whole, then without breaking them up, with the tomato during the last 3 minutes of cooking, in order to heat them.

Finally remove from the heat, add the remaining olive oil and season the favorite pasta, mixing well before serving on the table while still hot.
