- 8 eggs

- 200 g of sausage


- 1/2 glass of dry white wine

- 1/2 glass of water

How to prepare eggs with sausage

Cut the sausages lengthwise and in half, arrange them in a pan large enough to lay them out in a single layer, then add the white wine and water.


Put the pan on moderate heat and cook, until the liquid part has evaporated and the sausages are well browned.

After removing the skin from the sausages, place them in the pan with their cooking base, heat them well and then put the eggs one at a time, without whipping them, continuing cooking over moderate heat and sprinkling them with a few tablespoons of the sausage fat.

When cooked, serve them very hot.
