- 600 g of small and firm courgettes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
How to make sautéed courgettes with parsley
Clean, wash and dry the courgettes, then cut them into slices.
In a pan with the oil, brown the garlic clove, then remove it and add the zucchini.
Cook them over a high heat by sautéing them in a pan and stirring them often, so as to make them golden on the outside and soft on the inside.
