How to make savory puff pastry tarts
Arrange the slices of bacon, in a single layer, on the prepared oven pan lined with parchment paper, turn on the grill and squeeze the bacon until crispy, after cutting it.
In a bowl beat, with a small whisk or fork, 1 egg and 1 yolk together with the artichoke cream contained in the jar, 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley, milk or cream of your choice, salt and pepper.

Finally add the bacon and mix carefully. Unroll the puff pastry on the work surface and obtain many disks to be used to line 4 tartlet molds, with a diameter of 12 cm.
