Scrambled eggs with champignons mushrooms

How to prepare scrambled eggs with champignons mushrooms

Pop and beat the eggs in a bowl lightly, then salt them.

Melt 20 g of butter in a pan, pour the beaten eggs and stirring constantly, cook over moderate heat, then transfer them to a cold dish.

Clean the mushrooms by scraping them with a knife and then rubbing them with a damp cloth, or by passing them quickly under running water.

After cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté them in a pan with twenty grams of butter, then salt, pepper slightly and keep warm.
