How to cook scrambled eggs with peppers, a recipe that includes the presence of cherry tomatoes among the necessary ingredients, an easy description of the preparation process.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 300 g of cherry tomatoes

- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil


- 4 eggs

- 500 g of peppers of different colors

- salt and pepper


Preparation of scrambled eggs with peppers

Clean the peppers, removing the glass, seeds and white ribs, then wash and cut them into irregular pieces.

Wash the tomatoes, peel them with a very sharp potato peeler or with a small knife, then cut them into cubes taking care to remove the seeds.

Shell the eggs in a bowl and beat them lightly with salt and pepper.


In a non-stick pan, heat the oil, then add the peppers and let them jump over high heat for a few minutes, stirring.

Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook for a further 10 minutes.
