Shrimp with oil-free mustard

How to cook mustard shrimps without oil, recipe to be cooked in a pan with cognac flavor with worcester sauce, lemon and breadcrumbs.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 2 teaspoons of strong mustard

- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs


- juice of half a lemon

- 500 gr. shelled shrimp

- 4 spoons of cognac


- 1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce

- 60 gr. of butter

- salt


How to prepare the mustard shrimp without oil

Melt 40 gr. of butter in a pan, then add the shrimp, salt and stir occasionally during cooking, which must be about 4 minutes.

Transfer them to a plate with a perforated ladle and add the cognac, the Worcester sauce, the mustard, 2 tablespoons of water and the breadcrumbs to the pan, then mix, leaving to cook for about two minutes over medium heat, reducing the liquid to half .

At this point put the shrimp back into the pan and stir for 30 seconds over low heat.

Add the lemon juice and the remaining butter, then mix to melt the butter and finally serve still hot.
