- 20 gr. of butter or 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 eggs

How to cook simple scrambled eggs
Melt the butter or heat the oil over moderate heat in a small pan.
In the meantime, break the eggs in a cup, salt them and beat them with a fork, the bare minimum so that the two yolks and the egg whites are mixed well together.
Gently pour the eggs into the pan and cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, waiting for the mixture to thicken.
Finally transfer the scrambled eggs to a cold plate to stop cooking and serve immediately.
