- 500 gr boneless lamb meat

- 1 green pepper

How to prepare lamb skewers

Divide the lamb meat by cutting it into cubes, then peel the onion and, after washing it, cut it into thin slices.

Squeeze the lemon by collecting the juice in a small bowl and, after adding a pinch of salt and one of ground pepper with 2 tablespoons of oil, proceed with a light beating of these ingredients.
