- 8 fresh eggs kept at room temperature

- salt


Preparation of soft-boiled eggs

In a large enough saucepan, boil enough water to completely cover the eggs.

Add a little salt to avoid the danger of the shell breaking during cooking.

Dip the eggs one at a time with the help of a spoon and cook them in boiling water for a maximum of two or three minutes.

Once cooked, drain and serve immediately in the appropriate egg cups.
