Spaghetti with chilli spinach

How to cook spaghetti with spinach, a chili pepper recipe to be prepared in 25 minutes, for which few ingredients are required, including cloves of garlic and olive oil.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g of spaghetti

- 300 g of fresh spinach


- 3 red chillies

- 4 cloves of garlic

- 150 ml of olive oil


- 50 g sesame seeds

- salt

- pepper

About 25 minutes

Preparation

1) Clean the spinach, then wash and dry it well.

2) Peel the chillies, then wash and cut them into small pieces, finally remove the seeds.

3) Peel the garlic and finely chop it.

4) In boiling water cook the spaghetti, so that they remain al dente, respecting the cooking time indicated on the package.

5) Take a pan to heat the oil needed to brown the chilli pepper, then add the garlic and brown it.

6) Add the sesame seeds and cook for about 2 minutes, without stopping to stir, then add the spinach and wait for them to deflate.

7) When cooked, drain the spaghetti, drain them.

8) Season the pasta with the spinach sauce, salting and peppering.


9) To be served already poured on the plates.
