Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g of spaghetti

- 8 tablespoons of olive oil


- 50 g of parmesan

- 40 g of pine nuts

- 1 bunch of watercress


- salt

- pepper

Preparation

1) First of all wash the watercress and dry it, then disconnect the leaves from the stems and finely chop them together with the pine nuts.

2) Grate the Parmesan.

3) Add the pepper and 30 g of grated Parmesan cheese to the chopped watercress and pine nuts.

4) Pour the oil gradually, mixing at the same time until the mixture obtained has assumed a good density.

5) Following the manufacturer's instructions, cook the spaghetti, making sure that they remain al dente, then drain and let them drain.

6) Prepare the portions in deep plates, pouring on each of them a spoonful of pesto.

7) Finally sprinkle them with the remaining Parmesan and serve immediately on the table.
