Steamed sole fillet rolls with vegetables

How to make rolls of steamed sole fillets, recipe to be served with vegetables to be cooked in the same way, with oil-based dressing and chopped parsley.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 sprig of parsley

- 1 bay leaf


- extra virgin olive oil

- 8 fillets of sole

- 1 onion


- 1 stalk of celery

- salt and pepper

Preparation of steamed sole rolls

Fill the lower basket of the steamer with water and add the peeled onion, large pieces of the celery stalk, 2 stalks of parsley, bay leaf and a few grains of pepper, then bring to the boil.

Overlap the grid or the second basket, and arrange the fillets of sole cut in half lengthwise, rolled and fixed with a toothpick, then cover with the appropriate lid and cook for about ten minutes.

Serve the rolls with vegetables also steamed and seasoned with oil, salt, pepper and the rest of the chopped parsley.
