Stir-fried cannellini beans with tomato


How to cook cannellini beans in a pan, quick recipe with tomato, necessary ingredients and preparation process including cooking time.

Ingredients for 4 people

- Dried cannellini beans gr. 400

- Ripe or peeled tomatoes gr. 400

- 4 cloves of garlic

- Sage

- Olive oil

- Salt and pepper

How to cook cannellini beans in a pan

Boil the beans on a low heat for about 2 hours and let them cool in the cooking water.

In a pan, brown the crushed ai and a few leaves of sage in 8 tablespoons of oil.

Before the garlic takes color, add the drained and still warm beans.

Salt, pepper and cook them for a few minutes.
