- 3 yellow peppers
- 1 lemon
- parsley

How to prepare octopus in a pan with peppers
Clean the octopus, cut it into small pieces and cook it in a pan.
Meanwhile, wash, clean and cut the peppers into small pieces.
When the octopus water has almost completely evaporated, add the peppers and continue cooking for another quarter of an hour, then add salt and freshly ground pepper.
At the end of cooking, pour the lemon juice and add the chopped parsley in abundance.
