How to make tomatoes and olives salad, easy recipe with olive oil, with onion and basil leaves, fast preparation procedure.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 salad tomatoes
- 20 stuffed green olives
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 12 basil leaves
Preparation of the tomato and olive salad
Wash and dry the tomatoes, then cut them in half following the direction of the width, from each of the two parts obtain some fairly large pieces.
Put tomatoes, olives, oil, salt and chopped onion in a salad bowl, then mix and distribute the prepared washed basil leaves on the surface.
As a variant of this recipe, green olives stuffed with normal green olives without pits can be used or a mixture of green and black olives but always pitted.
