How to make sweet puff pastry baskets filled with amaretto flavored eggnog and sprinkled with almonds and brown sugar, an orange recipe to bake in the oven.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 6 egg yolks

- 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar


- n. 1 orange

- 6 spoons of amaretto liqueur

- flaked almonds


- Brown sugar

- 1 pack of ready-made puff pastry

Preparation of sweet puff pastry baskets

Line 4 pudding molds with the puff pastry.


Put them in the oven and cook them at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.

Remove the molds from the oven, turn the baskets upside down and then let them cool.
