How to cook noodles with fish

Cook the peas in a little water to which you will have added 2 tablespoons of oil, a clove of garlic, a little parsley and some salt.

Clean the crustaceans and molluscs and cut them with scissors into small pieces.

In a pan, brown the chopped garlic, parsley and chilli pepper in 6 tablespoons of oil.

As soon as the garlic color, add the shellfish and molluscs and cook for about ten minutes.

Wet with a little wine, then add the well-cleaned muscles and without the "whisker" and the peas with 2 or 3 spoons of their cooking liquid.

Season with salt and cook for 5 minutes.

Boil the tagliatelle al dente and toss them in the pan.

Serve immediately sprinkled with chopped parsley.
