- Fresh tagliatelle gr. 300
- Scampi or prawns gr. 150
- Octopus or cuttlefish gr. 150
- 12 muscles or mussels
- Shelled peas gr. 100
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Chili pepper
- White wine
- Olive oil

How to cook noodles with fish
Cook the peas in a little water to which you will have added 2 tablespoons of oil, a clove of garlic, a little parsley and some salt.
Clean the crustaceans and molluscs and cut them with scissors into small pieces.
In a pan, brown the chopped garlic, parsley and chilli pepper in 6 tablespoons of oil.
As soon as the garlic color, add the shellfish and molluscs and cook for about ten minutes.
Wet with a little wine, then add the well-cleaned muscles and without the "whisker" and the peas with 2 or 3 spoons of their cooking liquid.
Season with salt and cook for 5 minutes.
Boil the tagliatelle al dente and toss them in the pan.
Serve immediately sprinkled with chopped parsley.
