Ingredients for 4 people

- 350 g of noodles

- 3 bunches of basil


- 1 tablespoon of walnut kernels

- 1 handful of pine nuts

- 1 clove of garlic


- 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- 9 ripe red cherry tomatoes

- 2 sprigs of thyme


- salt

How to prepare tagliatelle with pesto and cherry tomatoes

Wash the basil in cold water and dry it thoroughly.

Peel the garlic clove.

Put the pine nuts, walnut kernels, garlic, basil and salt in a mortar.

Start crushing the mixture and at the same time pour the olive oil flush until a smooth and thick cream is obtained.

Dip the cherry tomatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes, then pass them under cold water and remove the peel.

Place the diced cherry tomatoes in a bowl with a pinch of salt and the chopped thyme leaves.

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water, drain, season with the cherry tomatoes and pesto, then serve on the table.
