Tagliatelle with spinach and gorgonzola sauce


How to cook tagliatelle with spinach and gorgonzola sauce, recipe including whipping cream from the necessary ingredients, to be prepared in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g of noodles

- 500 g of frozen flat leaf spinach

- 150 g of gorgonzola

- 125 ml of whipping cream

- 8 onions

- 50 g of butter

- 2 spoons of white wine

- salt

- pepper

- grated nutmeg

Time of realization

About 30 minutes


1) Start by peeling the onions, cut them into cubes and brown them in butter, then add the still frozen spinach and stew on medium heat for about 10 minutes, with the lid and stirring repeatedly.

2) Cook the pasta in abundant salted and boiling water, respecting the cooking times indicated on the package.

3) Add the cream, white wine and half of the gorgonzola to the spinach, then blend the mixture with an electric blender.

4) Give flavor with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

5) Season the drained pasta with the sauce and the remaining gorgonzola cut into small pieces, then serve on the table.
