Tortellini with mushroom sauce

How to cook tortellini with mushroom sauce, recipe with champignons and cream among the fundamental ingredients, to be prepared quickly in about twenty five minutes.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 500 g of tortellini

- 320 ml of cream


- 180 g of champignons

- 1 small lemon

- 60 g of butter


- 1 clove of garlic

- 1 pinch of nutmeg

- 3 tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan


- salt

- pepper

Time of realization

About 25 minutes

Preparation

1) In a large saucepan, cook the tortellini in abundant salted water, respecting the cooking time indicated on the package, then drain and transfer them back to the saucepan, keeping them warm.

2) After cleaning the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices.

3) Grate the lemon zest.

4) At this point, melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms for 2 minutes over medium heat.

5) Add the garlic, cream, grated lemon zest and nutmeg, then flavor with ground black pepper.

6) Add the Parmesan and let the sauce cook for 3 minutes.


7) After pouring the sauce over the tortellini, mix carefully, then distribute the tortellini on the plates, sprinkling them with a little pepper.
