Tuna omelette: recipe with peeled shrimp

How to make omelette with tuna, recipe with filling including shrimp, garlic, onion and tomato, a recipe that is easy to prepare and with a limited number of necessary ingredients.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 6 eggs

- 100 g of shelled shrimp


- 100 g of tuna in oil

- 100 g of butter

- 1 onion


- 1 clove of garlic

- 1 ripe tomato

- a pinch of red chilli powder


- salt and pepper

Preparation of the omelette with tuna

Chop the garlic and onion, chop the seeded and peeled tomato, chop the tuna.

Beat the eggs with a little salt and the chilli powder in a bowl.

In a saucepan, melt half the butter, add the garlic, onion, tomato, tuna and prawns, then brown them gently for about fifteen minutes, stirring until the mixture is dry enough.

Melt the remaining butter in the pan and, when it is hot, pour the beaten eggs and spread them on the bottom, always on high heat, then remove the edges with the spatula.

When the eggs start to thicken, put the tuna and shrimp mixture in the center, fold the omelette and serve hot.
