Tuscan fried chicken in egg batter


How to make fried chicken, a Tuscan-style recipe that includes, among the necessary ingredients, eggs and flour to create the batter needed for frying in a pan.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 new chicken weighing approximately 1.3 kg and already cleaned

- 3 tablespoons of white flour

- 2 eggs

- seed oil for frying, about half a liter

- salt

Preparation of Tuscan fried chicken

Flame, wash and dry the chicken before cutting it into pieces.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.

Put the oil in the pan and deposit it on the burning stove.

Flour the pieces of chicken and pass them in the beaten eggs, then put them to fry in a pan when the oil is hot.

Leave the chicken pieces to cook over medium heat, waiting for them to take on an intense golden color on both sides.
