Vegetarian stuffed onions with baked rice

Ingredients for 4 people

- 12 rather large onions

- 1/2 cup of rice


- 4 tablespoons of oil

- 4 tablespoons of butter

- a pinch of comino seeds


- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

- 1 clove of garlic

- butter and oil for the baking dish


- salt and pepper

How to prepare onions stuffed with rice

Peel and scald the onions in lightly salted boiling water for about 10 minutes.

Drain them and remove the central part, so as to leave an outer casing of at least two centimeters.
