Ingredients for 4 people
- 400 g calf liver cut into thin slices
- 1 large onion
- 25 g butter
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- salt
Venetian liver preparation
Finely slice the onion, browning it slowly in the butter melted in a pan, paying close attention to prevent it from darkening, it must remain slightly golden in color.
Add the slices of veal liver which will cook for a maximum of six minutes, turning them once only halfway through cooking.
Arrange the slices on the serving plate, salting them and adding the chopped parsley, then serve.
