How to make a walnut and cream sauce to season the pasta, an easy recipe for a sauce to be prepared quickly.
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 3 tablespoons of cooking cream
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 80 walnut kernels
- 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- salt
Preparation of the walnut and cream sauce
Collect all the ingredients in a container.
When the pasta previously cooked in salted water, with a tablespoon of coarse salt, is half cooked, take about 3 tablespoons of the cooking water.
Add the little boiling water collected to the ingredients in the container and mix everything with an immersion whisk, in order to almost completely chop the walnut kernels, leaving only a few pieces slightly larger than the others.
Once this is done, the walnut and cream sauce is ready and can be used to season freshly cooked pasta.
