How to make white panna cotta, a simple recipe to make in a short time using fish gelatine, among the ingredients, fresh cream, milk and sugar, a delicious dessert suitable for all seasons.


Ingredients for 8 people

- 1 liter of fresh cream

- 2.5 dl of milk


- 200 g of sugar

- 40 g of gelatine

- Lemon peel


- 1 sachet of vanillin

White panna cotta preparation

Soak the gelatine in cold water.

In a saucepan, heat the milk with a piece of lemon peel, to be eliminated at the end.


Remove the pan from the heat and add the 200 g sugar, minus 3 tablespoons, and the well squeezed gelatine, melt them then add the vanillin and the cream.

In a saucepan, heat the 3 tablespoons of sugar kept aside with 1 tablespoon of water, until obtaining a white cream.

Leave to cool and then spread the cooked sugar on the edges of the mold.

Pour the cream and milk mixture into the mold and put it in the fridge for at least half a day.

To turn out the panna cotta, quickly dip the mold in hot water up to half the height, then turn it upside down on a tray.
