Wholemeal canapés with olive paté

How to make wholemeal canapés, a delicious appetizer obtained by spreading and alternating on top of wholemeal pancarré, green olive paté, black olive paté and goat cheese.


Ingredients for 4 people

For the canapes

- 8 slices of wholemeal sandwich bread for canapés


- 200 g of green olive paté

- 200 g of black olive paté

- 300 g of fresh goat cheese


- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- pepper

To decorate


- 100 g of green olives stuffed with pepper

How to prepare wholemeal canapés with olive paté

In a bowl, work the goat's cheese with olive oil and a pinch of pepper, until creamy.

Spread the green olive pâté on a slice of sandwich bread and cover it with another slice of bread, then spread a layer of goat cheese on it and put another slice of bread on top, spread the black olive pâté on it and finally close with another slice of bread.

Simultaneously do the same operation with the other 4 slices of sandwich bread.

Wrap the two sandwiches in foil well and put them in the refrigerator to compact for at least an hour.

After cutting the two sandwiches into small rectangles and decorate them with a stuffed olive, stopping it with a toothpick.
