Caprese peppers, pan-fried recipe with breadcrumbs

How Caprese peppers are made, recipe to be cooked in a pan with breadcrumbs, description of the cooking method, to be served cold.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- salt

- bread crumbs


- garlic

- 4 peppers

- vinegar


Preparation of green Capri-style peppers

Fry 2 or 3 cloves of garlic in a pan, add the peppers cut into chunks, salt and cover with a lid, stir occasionally and cook approx. 15 minutes.

After adding 4 tablespoons of vinegar, allow to evaporate for approx. 1 minute and remove the garlic.

Add 4/5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, stirring and then turn off the heat.

Leave to cool.
