Ingredients for 6 people
- 2 or 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 Kg. Of pork loin
- half a glass of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Pork loin preparation
With a pointed knife, make 5 or 6 holes on the piece of pork loin and in each hole push a tuft of rosemary, a slice of garlic, salt and pepper into it.
Sprinkle the entire surface of the arista with salt and pepper, tie it with string and put it in a pan with half a glass of olive oil.
Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour and a half.
During cooking, at regular intervals, with a spoon sprinkle the meat with the sauce that forms in the pan.
