Renowned summer resort, Riccione is known worldwide as the "green pearl of the Adriatic", for its abundance of gardens and parks, as well as for the vast beach extended between Cattolica and Rimini.

It is also a place famous for its thermal baths, which exploit the four ideal sources for the treatment of allergic forms, diseases of the exchange and digestive system.

Among the places to see include the Castle with the Agolanti garden, the Palaterme spa, the Palazzo del Turismo, the Piazza Giacomo Matteotti, the Piazza Unità, the Piazzale Ceccarini, the Piazzale Roma, the Piazzetta Dante Tosi, the Piazzetta San Martino, the conference room of the Centro della Pesa, the Teatro del Mare, the Villa Franceschi, the Villa Lodi Fè garden and the Villa Mussolini.

The heart of the city is Viale Maria Ceccarini, ideal for strolling and shopping in the numerous shops.

In Riccione there are numerous hotels, discos and trendy night clubs.

Very interesting to see is the Museum of the Territory, formed by a naturalistic geological department and a department dedicated to archeology.
