Preparation of spiced meatballs in a pan

Soften the breadcrumbs in milk.


In a bowl put the minced meat, add the breadcrumbs, chopped marjoram, a teaspoon of paprika, one of coriander and one of cumin, parsley, garlic, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and salt.

Add the egg and mix all the ingredients well, then make round meatballs and flour them.

In a pan with plenty of hot oil fry the meatballs, then drain and drain them on paper towels before serving.
