- 80 g of breadcrumbs

Preparation of spiced meatballs in a panSoften the breadcrumbs in milk.
In a bowl put the minced meat, add the breadcrumbs, chopped marjoram, a teaspoon of paprika, one of coriander and one of cumin, parsley, garlic, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and salt.
